1.Purchase Terms
1.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased at our clinic or online through our website.
1.2. The price of the gift voucher is indicated on the voucher and on our website.
1.3. The gift voucher is purchased as a single item, and its value cannot be divided among multiple services.
1.4. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2.Refund Terms
2.1. The gift voucher can be refunded within 14 days from the purchase date if it has not been used.
2.2. To return a gift voucher, the original purchase receipt must be provided.
2.3. If the gift voucher has been used, it cannot be refunded.
2.4. The money for the gift voucher will be refunded within 5 working days from the approval of the return request.
2.5. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment.
